By downloading, installing, or using CarpalCare ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

CARPALCARE IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.
The App provides general wellness information and exercises for educational purposes only. It is not intended to:
- Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition
- Replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Serve as a substitute for consultation with qualified healthcare providers
Always consult a healthcare professional:
- Before starting any exercise program
- If you experience persistent pain or symptoms
- Before making decisions about your health based on App content
The exercises and information provided are general in nature and may not be suitable for everyone. You use the App at your own risk.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use CarpalCare. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended wellness purposes
- Provide accurate information when using App features
- Stop using any exercise that causes pain or discomfort
- Not use the App as a substitute for medical care
- Keep your device secure if using biometric/passcode lock features
Subscriptions and Payments
CarpalCare Pro
- Some features require a paid subscription
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase
- Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
Lifetime Access
- One-time purchase with no recurring charges
- Includes all current and future Pro features
- Non-transferable between platforms (iOS/Android)
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of CarpalCare are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute App content
- Reverse engineer the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
AI Assistant
The AI chat feature provides general information about hand health. The AI:
- Is not a medical professional
- May occasionally provide inaccurate information
- Should not be relied upon for medical decisions
- May have its responses used to improve the service
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any injuries resulting from exercises
- We are not liable for decisions made based on App content
- We are not responsible for data loss if you uninstall the App
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features at any time
- Update these Terms with reasonable notice
- Change subscription pricing for future periods
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
